Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found our service and claims handling to be superb during your warranty period, and that your claim was settled promptly. We do, however, understand your disappointment regarding the renewal. Unfortunately, we were unable to offer a renewal because the vehicle is a Jaguar, and at the renewal stage we are not able to continue cover on this make, regardless of mileage or service history. This decision was not a reflection of how your car was maintained or your experience with us during the warranty term. We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly given your low mileage and positive experience, and we regret any disappointment this caused. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing us during your warranty period. Best Wishes, Customer Care
