Dear George, We are pleased that you were able to arrange cover online for your trip. However, we apologise for the difficulties you experienced when trying to contact our customer service team and that you did not receive a prompt response to your email. This falls below our usual expectations in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, when you attempted to contact us on 1st June, our phone lines were experiencing a particularly high volume of enquiries following the weekend, which unfortunately resulted in longer wait times.
