Everything went perfectly. Agent communicated well, all tickets for travel and reservations we're there when they were supposed to be. Hotels were great. What more can you ask? Would certainly use...

Efficient and fair. Good value. Hotels sensibly chosen near stations!
The hotels were not up to 4 star standards, very old fashioned and antiquated . We were given the worst rooms in the hotel, and were told we couldn't upgrade as booked with Secret Escapes!

Good service, but the needed more clear communication in regards to airport to hotel transfers
V mene podnikov, ktoré s nami spolupracujú, nezávisle zhromažďujeme spätnú väzbu. Naša platforma oslovuje len overených kupujúcich, takže si môžete byť istí, že čítate recenzie od skutočných zákazníkov.
Recenziu na Feefo môžu zanechať len zákazníci s dokladom o kúpe. Zabezpečujeme to tak, že kupujúcich oslovíme hneď po transakcii.
