Thank you for sharing your feedback, and for your time on the phone this afternoon.
As discussed, we have refunded the full amount of your first booking and made a second booking with the deposit option applied. Your balance will now be due in July 2018 and you should have received a new confirmation with the balance due date.
We believe the deposit option might not have been selected on the payment page which had resulted in full payment being taken at the time of booking. On the back of your feedback, we will make the necessary changes to make the deposit option clearer.

Wow! So impressed with the response to my feedback. Excellent customer service, thank you so much Darrel for your time. I've changed my rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will def use this site for booking in the future and highly recommend it. The error was totally mine, I didn't notice the box to tick for deposit only and Darrel immediately refunded the full amount and rebooked it for me. Couldn't be happier, thank you.

The accomodation/dates I chose was not available. They took the effort to locate a suitable alternative. Very friendly and efficient service.
