Straightforward enough renewal. Annoying it goes up every year but have to accept inflation plus risk increase as dog get older

Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any admin fees that are added to your invoice by your vets for submitting the claim on your behalf. We do have access to an online portal where you can submit any claims directly to us in the hope these fees can be avoided.
Your excess is payable for each condition within each policy period. We can see that this has been deducted in line with the policy terms however the £150 is only charged once in each year.
We hope this explains things further, but if you do have any other queries, please let us know.

Not claimed on this insurance at all, the price increase is to much , I haven’t used my insurance to comment on service , not sure why I was packed to rate so can only go on the cost each month

There are a number of factors taken into account when a renewal premium is calculated including the age and breed of your pet, the area in which you live and previous claims history. With any Lifetime policy that renews with us, it is offering continuous cover from your initial inception date therefore it is covering your pet for a much longer period of time. We do always advise customers to have a look at the market to make sure the price and cover is still the right choice for them in the event you were not satisfised with your existing policy.

Quick and smooth process.
Quick and efficient. I was informed of when they received the claim and how long it would take. The payment came through swiftly. They liaised fully with the vet so I didn’t have to do anything.
