We were experiencing dispatch delays on the Monday after your original order due to an unforeseen busy weekend, which meant that it was dispatched Tuesday morning. I do apologise for any inconvenience this caused you!
All orders over £50 qualify for free Royal Mail express shipping (the default setting) or free FedEx 1-2 day delivery. I can see on your order at checkout that the FedEx option wasn't selected, so it will have come through to our dispatch system as a Royal Mail service order.
We are happy to change the courier after you've placed your order if you qualify for free delivery, we just ask that you give us a call on 01612738216 or email us at info@vapoholic.co.uk. Please also get in touch if theres anymore you feel we can do for you.
