Thank you for the review. We have investigated this for you, and discovered that the product was due to be delivered on the next working day, which was a Friday due to being ordered late on a Wednesday evening. However, by your request, the delivery address was then changed , which always leads to a further day's delay, as couriers cannot deliver to a new address on the same day. As a result, this pushed the delivery to a Monday, but as the product was required on a Saturday, you paid DPD directly to arrange this service. At no stage during the order process did we charge you for any delivery, and therefore there are no costs for us to refund. We therefore feel that this review is unfair and undeserved as we arranged for delivery at the requested time, and are not responsible for any changes made by a customer. If you have any further queries, please let us know.
