I ordered the wrong items, nd despite clearly stating when ordering on the information sheet what I was ordering the items or the company neglected to tell me I had bought the wrong thing....

sorry we did not receive an email from yourselves. It may have gone to the spam folder which we still check regularly. If you are unsatisfied with the products we are happy to except unopened returns if the customer has ordered the wrong product. If we have sent the wrong product we will either let you keep it or arrange for it to be collected. Please do email us again and I will happily arrange for something to do done. The box that you filled in as to what you were going to do with the product is for market research only, the packers do not see this.
Service is very good, we always get a phone call if any problems with the delivery. As with everyone, I would prefer to get the goods delivered next day, but I appreciate that this isn't always...

Good service and items supplied at the most competitive price I could fine.
We are very sorry you have not received your parcel, we sent it out next day by UK Mail. We haven't been contacted by them or you regarding the order and it wasn't coming up our report, so we assumed everything was fine and normal. I will resend your order out by FedEx today
