I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was far from expected, this is very unusual. I have looked into your order and can see delivery was due on the Tuesday and although out for delivery didn't arrive. I can only apologise that we were not made aware of the issue by our delivery partners and that there were further delays. I can assure you that we work very closely with our partners and occurrences like this are very rare. I can see that my colleague liaised with you to arrange an alternative delivery and that a partial refund has been made.
