Very late delivery

Turf should be first delivery, as it is said to lauy it immediately. I had very late delivery and my gardener was waiting from 8am till 4pm for delivery to arrive. Bad customer service

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to make it as clear as possible that our deliveries are made between 8am-6pm. We also have our customer services team available who will be able to get an estimated delivery time from the haulier for you on the day of the delivery in order to help you plan.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your recent order. Turf is a perishable item that if left rolled up can deteriorate very quickly, especially in warm conditions. Heavy rain can also contribute to this as the turf can start to steam itself and there is nowhere for the heat to escape. This is why we do state that turf must be laid on the day of delivery, or at least unrolled. I am sorry that we have been unable to help on this occasion as the turf was not laid within our guidelines.
