Thank you for your positive feedback. However, I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you had with the sizing on the Chukka boot. Sadly I would not like to guarantee you that a different pair of Chukka boots will fit if you had that much of a problem with the first pair, but as you stated, because they are handmade there will be slight variations. If you have any more queries, please get in touch through the website or by calling customer services on 0871 911 7044.

Thank you for the very positive comments on our service. Sorry to hear about the sizing of the one pair of shoes; because of the nature of handmade shoes, they will vary very slightly, however, you are more than welcome to pop them back for an exchange. Please get in touch if you wish on 0871 911 7044.

Our apologies if you feel the shoes were of poor quality. We do have a stringent quality control procedure but sometimes, sadly the shoes you received must have slipped through the net as we sadly cannot inspect every pair that we have delivered. I can see that a refund has been processed back onto your card at the start of July and if you have any further queries, please get in touch.
