Disappointing
Not easy to find. Customer service number. Limited working hours but free returns label emailed. Hope it doesn’t take too long to get my refund.

Great service - although I received the wrong pair initially - a replacement and return was sorted swiftly and without fuss. A great pair of pajamas that are a gorgeous colour and cut. Well made...

I returned two parcels on the same date. The other retailer acknowledged my return 2 days ago and processed my refund. Their Nibs haven’t even acknowledged the return yet.
