Only because the delay in sending my insurance policy by email to me after I made 2 phone calls and an email requesting same. All ways very friendly and helpful.

Had very helpful lady when I got a bit stuck trying to sort everything out on line. Otherwise have happily insured 3 dogs through Insurance Emporium.

I was quoted £29 per month and yet my premium was £36. I emailed for clarification and have not received a reply. In addition my multi policy discount was not applied. Not great for a loyal and...
