Who insures a horse for £5

I asked for insurance of £5000, when the policy arrived it said the horse was insured for £5. Of course they then wanted to up the payment.

Our Customer Contact Advisor has matched the sum insured to the same as the purchase price to quote the new premium. However, it does appear that the purchase price differs from the amount detailed in your review. A member of the Customer Contact Department will contact you to make the necessary amendments. Can't fault it!

Haven't had to claim (thankfully!), but so easy to sign up and personalise what we needed for our dog, and the portal allows me to see my insurance cover at any time. Great value too!
