Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the CSTF Mandatory Training course. We are sorry to hear that the course did not fully meet your expectations. The CSTF Mandatory Training is designed specifically as a refresher programme for healthcare staff who already hold prior knowledge and experience in the core mandatory training subjects, including Basic Life Support and People Moving and Handling. For this reason, the course may not be suitable for new starters or individuals with limited previous exposure to these modules. The resuscitation component of the training is delivered in line with the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) learning outcomes and is structured as a participatory update session. Delegates are guided through current best practice techniques and workplace procedures, with practical observation carried out by the trainer throughout the day. All attendees are required to demonstrate safe and effective understanding of the practical elements in order to successfully complete the course.
