Could do a lot better
Apart from agent Aarun, the service is very poor ,the customer service agents speak very poor English and do not fully understand your requests and concerns, however Aarun was very helpful and solved...

I wish the room was little bit Improved better and cleaned The bathroom shower and bath was nice. The hotel staffs were very friendly and so nice.
