We are sorry to hear that you had issues when trying to renew your policy. Our records indicate that you were trying to get a new quote for another year rather than having clicked on "renew policy". The latter option would have carried forward any previously agreed medical terms assuming that there were no changes, whereas under the new quote option we would ask you to provide us with details again because we might want to apply different terms if you were planning to do sports not previously covered for example. I am glad to hear that the member of our sales team renewed the policy quickly and efficiently for you, carrying forward your medical endorsement from last year.
