We are sorry to hear, however, that the policy had the wrong start date on and when that we missed your email - we will pass this on to the relevant department and apologise for the inconvenience.

As stated in the feed back request email you received We only ask for feed back on our service and NOT our product as we are aware that many who have bought will hopefully never have to use our insurance. Therefore, as you purchased a policy online we would be looking for feed back on how easy you found this process and ways we could improve our website.
