Our mortgage was very complex as we are doing a self build and Skipton flexed their rules to enable us to borrow the money needed for the project. Application and admin was painless!

It took about 3 months to get the mortgage. I appreicate that they wanted to check the mortgage was financaly viable, but they kept coming back to me with more questions - I nearly lost the purchase...
