We normally send you an e-ticket receipt, which includes your itinerary and receipt of payment, along with our terms and conditions and any information related to your booking within 48 working hours from completion of booking.
If you have still not received your e-ticket, please send an email to contactus@skiddoo.com.au, quoting your booking reference number. We will then follow up and issue your E-ticket straight away, and reply to you. Kind regards Skiddoo
