Thank you for providing us with your feedback, looking into your booking, we note that you came to us with an HDC reference, the HDC website is not our own, and the same goes for any other advertising platforms that all travel agents use, other platforms including Cheeky Trip, Ice Lolly , e,t,c are all advertising platforms ,. that do not include any extras, they just provide the   basic flight and hotel, any extras, e.g. luggage, transfers, taxes, different  room types, and passengers travelling and they base the prices on 2 sharing, these  are not include in there prices. If you are wanting costs that show the full cost with all the extras, you would need to visit our own website,www.skiswift.co.uk . Customers are drawn to these platforms for the prices they advertise,which will obvously be cheaper with out the extras, and all these platforms, when you go further in the process,advise that the luggage e.t.c is a payable extra.
