Paid for my renewal over a week ago, rang today to chase policy documents, I was told they would email them straight away. Still nothing.

Haven't had to call out yet so difficult to give feedback until we call

Good service over the phone and very helpful but until we ever call them out we don't know yet how well or quickly they would respond. I would trust they provide a great service.
