Most of the service offered was at meal times; breakfast, lunch and dinner All the staff were very professional, from waiters to management, and were clearly well trained and experienced.
Pre-departure, detailed and careful attention ensured that the trip went like clockwork (thank you Sardinian Places!)
In resort there was always someone to go to and always a prompt resolution to any...

Thank you for your feedback - we do describe the apartments as 'simple in design and furnished in a typical Mediterranean style', so it's a shame you were underwhelmed - it's great to know you loved the main hotel, though, and we hope you made the most of the many benefits it offers.

This hotels offers so many wonderful benefits, but it would all be for nothing without great service to match! Thanks for highlighting this, it's much appreciated.
It really is in the perfect spot, isn't it? The staff often get positive comments for their service and we're glad you found them welcoming. We'll pass on your observations about the sunbeds, so thanks for pointing that out.
