Recenzie na The Gambia Experience

I am pleased you had a nice week despite having a stomach upset, I am sorry to hear you suffered with this. Although 'banjul belly' is not uncommon in The Gambia and therefore difficult to determine what the cause would have been. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Thank you for your honest and balanced review of Holiday Beach Club. You have included some really helpful tips as well that I'm sure other visitors will find so useful. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review and I am delighted to hear you would stay here again - we would certainly love to welcome you back!

I am so so happy to hear this! The staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to accommodate you and I am delighted this was your experience also. Thank you for the 5 stars and I do hope we can welcome you back again sometime.

I couldn't agree more! Thank you for your lovely comments and 5 stars!

It sounds like you had a lovely stay at Senegambia Hotel, the vultures there are very cool and them along with the many other birds and wildlife there definitely add to a great experience. Thank you also for the excursion recommendations.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at Holiday Beach Club. As one of our more budget friendly hotels, you would expect elements to not be at the same standard as some of our more luxury hotels. However, we will certainly pass on your feedback to the hotel and request they look into the points raised. We thank you for your feedback.
