We apologise you felt this was not the case. Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated.

Leo's is a wonderful small hotel where the owners take such pride in their service and willingness to ensure your stay is everything you would want. We are delighted to hear this was your experience. Thank you for the 5 stars!
