Čo povedal/-a Grahame o spoločnosti Secure Trust Bank:

Slow ISA transfer

It shouldn't take up to 15 days to transfer an ISA when everything can be done electronically these days. If I want to pay money in I could do it straight away.

Hello Grahame, An ISA transfer can take up to 15 working days from the date the account was opened. We can complete most transfers electronically. However, we may contact you with a form to complete if your new or existing ISA provider only carries out manual transfers, which may take longer. We can see that your ISA transfer was completed within 5 working days from the date your account was open. Your feedback is valuable to us and is regularly reviewed by our senior management team to help us improve the products and services we offer. Kind regards, Louise

Excellent and easy

Easy to set up account. Only issue was the time it took from receiving my deposit to it showing up in the app. I would highly recommend this service.
