Improve communications to passengers , maybe a written handout or Tv screens. Assuming anything they said was important! If not ferry was on time and loading wasn't too painful wait .

My family and I had a great experience, the variety of activities lead by knowledgeable staff meant for a great day for all. I would highly recommend this company for all things South Australia.
