Thanks for your feedback regarding our 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience tour. Feedback like this is invaluable to us as we are always looking to improve our Kangaroo Island products. We are sorry to read that this tour did not meet your expectations. This tour does have quite a few components that we cost in such as ferry travel, entry fees into Seal Bay and Flinders Chase and a 2 course lunch at Vivonne Bay Lodge. Thank you for your feedback regarding the 1 day Kangaroo Island Experience tour. Pick ups on this day were affected due to the running of the annual Christmas Pageant in Adelaide. The hotels were advised of the revised pick up points and your pick up was changed to the Oaks Horizons, which is only 300m from the Stamford Plaza Hotel. We’re sorry that you did not receive the message but happy to read that you did catch the pick up coach on time. The 1 day Kangaroo Island Experience tour is designed to see the major attractions on Kangaroo Island. The walk on Seal Bay does get you as close to the Sea Lions as we are allowed to be and the long-nosed Fur Seals can be seen from the platform at Admirals Arch. Kangaroo Island is a large island (155km from east to west) and we do have to cover a lot of ground to fit in Seal Bay and Flinders Chase National Park.
