Checking in with car in secure car parking confusing. Paperwork did not make procedure ckear - that you had to park your car, get tucket, go back to car. Would be better if car oark sticker sent...
Friendly, our KI driver, Les, was really super and made the two day trip special. Everywhere we went the people were warm and welcoming and the stops were very well chosen. LOVED the Raptor Display

Well organised and well supervised. Les, the tour leader, was a definite asset and the travel and the places we stopped were always interesting and informative.

The performance of tour guide is very good. But too much on shopping time.
