Thank you for your feedback.  We are shocked to hear that you're displeased as this hasn't been brought to our attention before.  I will try and address the issue you have mentioned now with the information provided, but please be aware that our sales team are here to help with any problems as they arise.  We want each customer to be happy with both service and products so if there are any issues we always ask that you contact us and make us aware straight away so we can help you.  I've checked the embroidery on your order and as far as I can see it has been completed correctly, on the rare occasion there is a mistake we will get the garment back and correct it for you in the quickest time possible.  I've checked both the stock and website description and images for the knife case, and they match perfectly. If we'd have been aware of your issues when you asked to return the case, they would have been looked into, and if the case needed to be returned due to our error we would have covered the cost.
