Thank you for your review.  I did contact you by email to try and discuss this further, but as I have had no response I wanted to also reply to you on here.  Firstly let me apologise that the item you ordered was discontinued by our supplier, this does on occasion happen, and we try and manage it in the best possible way at the time.  I can see from your account that we contacted you straight away and asked if you would like to switch the item for another product or have a refund for the item.  We always try to do this as quickly as possible and make sure we answer any customers queries at the time. Once the product was changed we shipped your order out straight away.  If there is any part of that service that you feel we need to improve on then we would love to hear about it.  Our customers are very important to us and we want to offer the best service, so please let me know if there is any further feedback that would help us improve our service.
