Postage is the thing I would like to complain about £5.95 seems excessive for a delivery charge. It arrived 5 days after I ordered on line with a second class stamp. Have used them before around...

Hi Elma, thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and can see that you didn't pay for our next day service so you were not charged £5.95 for delivery. You selected our standard delivery which is £4.50.

We are currently working with our Website Developers to set up a new shipping method at our Checkout page for gift cards so this is a work in progress at the moment.

We also never send items second class with a stamp. They are delivered via Second Class Signed For Franked Mail.

I have refunded you £3.00 of your postage charge now and you should have received a separate email to confirm this.

Customers who pay for delivery for gift cards are refunded £3.00 for standard delivery or £3.45 for Next Working Day Delivery. This is a short term fix until our Developers add a new checkout option on the website.
