Hello We have noticed that you've only scored us 6 out of 10 for your order and note your comments about the timber being very rough cut and wet. We are extremely sorry that you are not happy. Our timber is stored outside and so can arrive wet - we do try to warn customers on our website as it's dependant on weather conditions as the time of ordering. I can see that you order other treated timber - were you happy with this? Glad the delivery tracking was useful - that's good to know. We would however, like to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, so if you can just let me know about the rest of your timber, I can sort this out for you? Kind regards Nikki
