Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback — we really do appreciate it. With regard to delivery times, we can see that your order was placed with us on 15/12/25 in the afternoon and was dispatched promptly from our warehouse on 16/12/25. Once parcels leave us, delivery times are managed by the courier, and unfortunately at this time of year these services can be under significant pressure due to Christmas and Black Friday demand. In terms of packaging, our priority is always to ensure items arrive safely and in excellent condition. Where possible, we also reuse inner packaging materials that are still in good condition as part of our sustainability efforts. That said, we do take your comments on board and will continue to review our packaging to minimise materials while maintaining product protection. Best wishes Roo & Little Boo
