Hi Carolyn, Thank you for your feedback. As a new customer, it can take a little while to get use to the taste and texture. We are really pleased you are enjoying the taste but if you are struggling with the texture you can always blend Reverse Life with your breakfast smoothie, mix with your morning oats, or dilute in a glass of water or juice whilst you get used to it. Thank you for your suggestion in regards to the measuring cups, we have taken note of this. We hope you start to feel all the benefits of taking our collagen soon. We would definitely recommend taking some pictures of your skin, hair and nails so you are able to compare your results after the first bottle.
