Be careful. Ended up with a voucher for a company I hadn’t selected!

How did ended up with £50 greggs voucher when I didn’t even select it is beyond me. Won’t use again. Prompt next day feedback hence one star

I am so sorry to hear that you have purchased the wrong voucher in error. We do use the name of the brand of the eGift a number of times alongside a large logo of that brand on the page used to pick the amount and confirm payment. I appreciate that this has caused you an inconvenience and we are continually seeking to improve our customer journey, so I am thankful that you have provided us with feedback. Hi Eileen, I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your voucher, I can see that this was issued to your recipient's email address on 22/05/21 at 13.09. Please can you ask her to check in her junk/spam folder as sometimes they sneak in there?
