Online booking was easy and the first time booking with Redtag. The car is booked for August 2018. We'll know more when we pick up the car and if and how much more we are charged at our destination....

Almost perfect experience
I booked two things this day. One was an all inclusive vacation which I always use red tag for and will continue to- 5 stars for that.

Frustrated
My flight got changed from a direct flight to a layover arriving much later. This flight does not work for me as I have to work early the next morning. Also, I specifically requested direct flight....

Flight schedules are arranged many months in advance of their intended departure date; however, due to various operational factors, it may become necessary for airlines to make amendments to the schedules. Flight schedule changes are solely determined by the tour operator. As you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control.
