Recenzie na Ramble Worldwide

Thanks for your feedback; it's great to hear that you found our sales team helpful. Airfare do tend to be subject to change and we regret this change in price between us initially looking at the fare for this route and you being in a position to accept. We hope that you enjoy your trip to Portugal. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thanks for your feedback and we're glad to hear that you enjoyed your holiday. I'm not entirely sure what happened here with regard to the daily programme; our policy is that if you don't participate in a locally arranged day's walk or other activity you shouldn't have to pay for it. One of the principal reasons we do not include these costs in the holiday charge is to allow the flexibility, wherever possible, for group members to participate in as little or as much of the holiday arrangement as they choose. We're sorry for any confusion but hope you did ultimately enjoy the walks you took where you might otherwise have taken an extra free day. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thanks for your feedback; we are a bit perplexed as to what happened on this holiday as your tour leader has previously led this holiday with positive feedback several times before. As a company, we've also been operating this holiday for many years so would not have anticipated anything other than it to run without difficulty. We're sorry that the itinerary does not appear to have operated as smoothly as either you or we had hoped and are currently investigating what happened. We will be in touch with you again directly in the near future with a fuller response. Angus Russell Planning Manager
