I'm please we've managed to get you painlessly booked onto your next holiday and you appreciated the support of our Sales Team in handling your booking. I'm sorry however about the frustration caused by the transaction charges you're having to cope with for the various means of paying us for your holiday. We only pass on the charges actually levied by the card issuers, and despite the costs in your case, we have felt this to be the fairest approach over the years. Any system other than charging card fees will only make holiday prices higher for everyone. However, the issue of card fees is being reviewed generally, and we may well have to make changes in the future. Despite these concerns, we hope you enjoy your holiday to Andalucia this Autumn.
