Usually holidays are good overall it is a pity this one was let down by insufficient attention to requirements of the quality of the holiday as advertised.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're pleased to note that overall you enjoyed your holiday. Our Product Manager has now been able to look into your queries and we have now been assured by our local transfer company that this issues you have raised will not be repeated for future holidays. Regarding your concerns about the hotel in Lisbon, although the public rooms are of a high standard, we recognise that the bedrooms are not quite as plush. However following your comments we will be revisiting this hotel in the near future to review the standards.
