Thank you for your comments about your recent holiday on Lipari. I am sorry you found some of the walking more demanding than you anticipated. I will have a meeting with the leader of the holiday to discuss in detail the difficulty of the walks to see what changes might be made. David Kay Product Manager

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read you thought the walking was a slower pace than you would have liked. Obviously all the distances are fixed as we walk between hotels but pace can vary from group to group. Perhaps next time a D+ grade holiday might better your taste. David Kay Product Manager

Thank you for your review. We always try to be as personable with our clients as possible as we fully appreciate each client is different and we want you to always experience only memorable and enjoyable times with us always. Unfortunately, as with all companies, when booking online it is just not possible for any company to respond to each and every client on a personal basis. However, please do feel free to telephone our company direct in the future and we will be delighted to speak with you. Kind regards Darren Fields Sales Development Manager
