Thanks very much for your review and post-holiday questionnaire following your most recent trip with us. We're glad you enjoyed exploring the Peneda-Geres National Park and the expertise of our tour leader on this holiday and hope you're looking forward to your next break to Austria with us in August. Having taken this holiday, if you have any advice as to how we could better describe it to those who'll follow in your footsteps in the future, we'd be pleased to hear from you again. Thanks for your feedback; it's great to hear that you enjoyed your holiday and I hope you had a good journey back home to Vancouver. All of our tour leaders are trained and qualified to lead at the holiday grade. But you're right, with us operating about 1000 individual holidays a year in over 60 countries around the world, not all of our tour leaders will necessarily have previously led a tour in your holiday destination. We do however provide our leaders with written instructions, maps as well as a briefing from a leader who has previously taken out a group in the area. If you ever have any queries about our leaders or any other aspect of a holiday you're interested in, please feel free to get in touch. Angus Russell Planning Manager
