Thank you for your feedback. We will happily pass on your comments to Gerald Brooker. I note your comments about the Hotel Rotelli. As the hotel manager speaks no English he can come over as off hand on occasions but his heart is in the right place. David Kay Product Manager

Thanks for your feedback and please accept our apologies for delay in receiving confirmation that your online booking was successful. Although this should be almost instantaneous, we are aware of some cases where on completing the online booking process there is some uncertainty if everything has been processed. With all debit and credit card payments these days having to be rerouted through external secure servers and card providers adding layers of security to their electronic card processing systems, occasionally the reassuring 'transaction successful' messages fail to display despite both bookings and payments going through as planned. We are actively working with our payment processing partners to ensure a reliable, immediate and reassuring confirmation of bookings made. However, we're sorry for the concern and uncertainty that the lack of an immediate and obvious payment confirmation must have caused you. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thank you for such positive feedback. It is particularly pleasing to know you thought the 24hr flight delay was well handled. David Kay Product Manager
