Feefo Trusted Service Awards
Naše nezávislé ocenenia oceňujú najlepšie značky v oblasti služieb zákazníkom. O víťazoch sa rozhoduje na základe hodnotení, ktoré dostávajú od svojich zákazníkov.
Thank you for taking the time to place your review on Feefo.
Your feedback is very important to us, as all reviews are read and passed to our continuous improvement programme team, this is to help us maintain our grade of service & product quality, also to ensure we improve in areas we could be lacking in.
Thank you for your comments, as a company we do strive to give the best service possible.
Regarding the challenge with the Apollo delivery, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Due to the carriers being a third party service, we are limited on how much we can do to change the services they offer, i.e. timed deliveries.
We have been in touch with the manufacturer, and are working with them to improve the delivery service and to make it as convenient as possible for our customers where we can.
Again, thank you for your feedback.
