Hi Aneta, we're sorry you were not satisfied with your successful claim. Having cleared an outstanding loan balance to £0 and helped recover a cash redress we only ever charge 25%+VAT of the financial benefit we obtain for our clients.
You are then released from the burden of ongoing monthly repayments
