Thank you for your feedback, sorry you feel that way. We replaced parts that were no longer under warranty and only charged $188.00 for the labor out of courtesy. Service was good. The sales person Arya gave good recommendations and answered all my questions. No experience with after install service but heard from friends that they are good.
