The service personnel was really knowledgeable about the unit. The cost of the service was too expensive. He also installed a seal unit that took 5 minutes and was charged way too much for the unit.
Technician visit is costly at $188. Most other services charge $100 for diagnosis service. On top of that, being under warranty, this repair shouldn't have cost anything to me.
