The system seems great. The cost was more than I anticipated, but probably a good investment. The installer was very nice and thorough in explaining the system, the benefits, etc. Overall satisfied...
The cost of the annual service call is outrageous. You need to find a lower cost material. I would expect the annual service call to be under $100.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There are a few cities in California that ban salt based systems because of poor performing sewage treatment facilities in that particular city. Puronics has a full line of no-salt systems that are used in these cities, as well as other areas.
