Hello Ossama - our records show that our Sales & Marketing Director reached out to you directly on May 26th to address any issues you may have and as we had not received any further communication either directly from that email or to the support team we believed the matter to be resolved. If this is not the case may I recommend responding to the email from the 26th or contacting the support team directly who will do their up most to resolve any further issues.
