Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear your overall stay was good. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen inventory, maintenance items, and the missing mailbox key, and will ensure these are reviewed with our team. Your suggestion around housekeeping frequency is also noted as we continue to assess how we can best support guest comfort during longer stays. Thank you again for your review.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly around the condition of the suite and the communication issues you encountered with our team. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments regarding maintenance concerns, documentation, and service consistency have been taken seriously. We’re glad to hear you were able to feel supported during your displacement and that you appreciated the view and the assistance from the building team. That said, it’s clear we fell short in several important areas, and we regret the frustration this caused during what was already a difficult time for you. Your feedback will be shared internally with the appropriate departments so we can review and address these concerns directly. We would welcome the opportunity to improve your impression of us in the future.
